The Baker uses Speedwell coffee which is locally roasted in Plymouth, Massachusetts
baked fresh daily using our sourdough starter (propogated from Westport Rivers grapes!)
honey seeded wheat pullman (sandwich) loaf with sunflower, flax, pepitas and sesame seeds and oatmeal.
Our same great slow-fermented focaccia pizza topped with San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone cheese! Offerings include vegetarian and meat options.
Italian style thin, crusty bread with caramelized onions, tomatoes, and fresh rosemary on top. This bread is great for dipping into really good olive oil or perfect for soup! This is available Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
We're doing things the traditional way - with lye! Of course, this takes special precaution but our pretzels are the most authentic you'll find in the area. Try it with our honey mustard!
