The Baker uses Speedwell coffee which is locally roasted in Plymouth, Massachusetts
baked fresh daily using our sourdough starter (propogated from Westport Rivers grapes!)
honey seeded wheat pullman (sandwich) loaf with sunflower, flax, pepitas and sesame seeds and oatmeal.
Italian style thin, crusty bread with caramelized onions, tomatoes, and fresh rosemary on top. This bread is great for dipping into really good olive oil or perfect for soup! This is available Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Our same great slow-fermented focaccia pizza topped with San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone cheese! We also have pepperoni or linguica! We offer this by the slice or the whole loaf!
This traditional egg bread for the Jewish Sabbath makes the BEST french toast (and admittedly, a really great egg sandwich!) We make this braided loaf fresh every Thursday!
We're doing things the traditional way - with lye! Of course, this takes special precaution but our pretzels are the most authentic you'll find in the area. Try it with our honey mustard!
