Italian style thin, crusty bread with caramelized onions, tomatoes, and fresh rosemary on top. This bread is great for dipping into really good olive oil or perfect for soup! This is available Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday!

Our same great slow-fermented focaccia pizza topped with San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone cheese! We also have pepperoni or linguica! We offer this by the slice or the whole loaf!

This traditional egg bread for the Jewish Sabbath makes the BEST french toast (and admittedly, a really great egg sandwich!) We make this braided loaf fresh every Thursday!

German-style Soft Pretzels on Saturdays!
We're doing things the traditional way - with lye! Of course, this takes special precaution but our pretzels are the most authentic you'll find in the area. Try it with our honey mustard!
